At least two people were killed and two others injured during the shooting in Kazan, Tuesday evening.
Reportedly, the attacker is a 35-year-old local who fired shots from his apartment's window on Avangardnaya street. Police detained the suspect.
Among injured are a police officer and a local resident, who were brought to the hospital. A National Guard of Russia officer has died from his injured.
