Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyevon the occasion of the New Year.
Vladimir Putin reminded 25thanniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and Russia last year: ‘This anniversary was remembered as new successes in the development of useful cooperation in different fields’.
Russian president expressed his hope that the constructive dialogue, and joint works on expansion of Russia-Azerbaijan partnership, which meets interests of peoples and countries on strengthening of security and stability the Caucasus and outside, will continue.
