The Moscow Investigative Committee announced the international search for one of the most influential "thieves in law" Nadir Salifov (Lot Guli).
He is accused of kidnapping and extortion.
According to the investigation, Salifov gave orders for kidnapping people in Moscow and extorting money from them. He is charged in absentia with corresponding charges under articles 126 and 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
