Property of individuals accused of corruption worth 15 million has been seized, said head of the Anti-Corruption Department under Azerbaijan's Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev.
 
The payment of 27 million 575,000 manat (33.03% of the overall damage) of 83 million 486,000 manat worth of damage has been ensured at the administrative investigation stage under criminal cases sent to court and to ensure the rest of the payment measures to confiscate property worth 15 million 381,000 manat as well as other measures envisaged by law were taken.

 

According to Aliyev, at the initial stage of the investigation of the criminal cases sent to the court, 27 million 575 thousand manats of 83 million 486 thousand manats of the damage was compensated, which made 33.03%. Moreover, measures to confiscate property for 15 million 381 thousand manats, as well as other measures were carried out to ensure the rest of the payment.
