Investigator of Baku City Prosecutor’s Office has been arrested.
According to law-enforcement agencies, Department to Combat Corruption under Prosecutor General’s Office has launched a criminal case against senior investigator of the Investigation Department of the Baku city Prosecutor's Office Mushfig Abbasov under the article #308 and #178 of the Criminal Code. The court sentenced him to pre-trial detention.
Abbasov was suspended from duty till the final decision about this case.
Spokesperson of the Prosecutor General's Office Eldar Sultanov confirmed the fact.
