Azerbaijan is defining cases of involvement of persons in forced labor.
This is reflect in Article 9.2 of the revised draft law "On employment.”
According to the article, persons shall not be subjected to forced labor excepting following cases:
– if there is a court decision that has come into legal force;
– during military service;
– during military and emergency situations
