On December 1 the Asian Development Bank (ADB) approved the $400 million loan for the development of railway in Azerbaijan.
The loan will be directed to enhancement of management system of the railway, increase of financial effectiveness, establishment of new corporate structures and modernization of railway infrastructure from Baku to Russian border.
